The best engagement sessions are crafted with intention. This could be selecting a location that means something to you and your relationship, wearing outfits that are comfortable and make you feel like yourself, or bringing your pets to help loosen up in front of the camera and bring out your goofy side.

If you’re anything like me, you probably don’t feel comfortable in front of the camera. Most couples I work with feel this way too. I offer a mix of poses and prompts to give you guidance, while keeping it natural.

As your Colorado engagement photographer, I’ll help you design a session that feels authentic and fun.

Each booking with MKR Photos includes an extensive location guide that I’ve curated throughout my 11 years in Colorado. My location guide includes mountain views, parks, and urban settings from Boulder, Denver, Estes Park, Breckenridge, and Vail, beyond and in between. We’ll weave in props, prompts, and I’ll guide you with poses as needed. The main focus is YOU and your LOVE.
